The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between the Global Youth Culture Presentation (GYCP) and Representative of GYCP and  agree that the two parties wish to sign this MOU for the development of a closer relationship, mutual assistance, and cooperation in the field of education. Therefore the two parties would like to agree to the following below in writing, through this MOU accordingly.

1. Promote cooperation between GYCP and to build a close and amicable relationship based on mutual respect and interest;
2. Further the understanding between GYCP and and mutually support and sponsor various activities in youth cultural exchange, education, and other areas of common interest;
3. Create an environment that promotes free exchange of information for mutual cooperation between GYCP and
4. GYCP and will discuss specific projects in a certain field for mutual cooperation.
